I am absolutely appalled by the care that they are giving to patients. They are rude, disrespectful and have no empathy for patients. The ER staff are the most disrespectful humans I’ve ever encountered. They have no care in the world about medical emergencies. RecommendedAfter waiting for an hour and half (39 weeks pregnant) a horrible experience, was completely turned around by RN,MSN Kim Miller-Roski. I can't thank her enough for her customer service and patient care. She made sure we were okay and handled our complaint so well we immediately felt better about the whole experience.
Horrible experience. Have never been treated so horribly. The staff and doctor are completely unprofessional.
