I didn't see cleaning in-between patients in the ER waiting rooms and check in desks during covid. I had plenty of time to watch.

So explain to me this: Kadlec calls and offers me a zoom appointment for my 6 week post partum visit due to the smoke. I decline because I have other errands to run in Tri-cities. In normal conversation I said something about taking the baby. She tells me he can’t come to my appointment due to Kadlec cracking down on their Covid visitor policy. They were outstanding, caring, very professional and incredibly helpful through the whole process of our sons arrival. Dr. Mvundura was amazing and a pretty good comedian. ER service is ridiculous, we’ve been here since 1 and still waiting. When I asked how much longer they said 4 more patients are ahead of us... seriously it shouldn’t take this long to be seen..
