Have staff not physically abuse you while you are having a postpartum depression episode. Very dramatic experience. Also have adequate supplies available such as soap, paper towels while we are in the middle of a pandemic.
I have been in the waiting room for almost 10 hours, had to get rechecked in. Explained that i’m having seizures that i have never had until recently and that’s the reason i’m here, to get help. Let the nurse know that i feel a seizure coming on, go to sit back down and start seizing in the lobby and during it i had the front dest and nurse Amanda and Jessica yell at me, tell me i’m faking it and try to grab my arm and pull me up while i’m in the middle of seizing. and i’ve been sitting waiting for help from literally anyone... read more

My wife was taken to Providence a while back for a legitimate medical issue. She was in so much pain that she couldn't talk and the lady at the desk was telling at her to talk. I tried to explain to her that she was in pain but I could explain her situation to them. The lady looked at me and yelled that my wife had to be the one to explain it and not me.
