My daughter presented with heart block and when this hospital was not able to figure out what was causing it they blamed it on us. They did not listen to me, or to my daughter. When I told them I needed to get more opinions about her condition before I allow a pacemaker to be put in, they called CPS on our family. Good thing I trusted my instinct and we found that my daughter was suffering from Lyme disease. No doc in our area could diagnose her, and all ignored what we were telling them. After only being on treatment for Ly... read more

My triplets were born here in June. The staff was amazing taking care of us. There are some amazing nurses at this hospital. And the NICU was amazing getting my 34 weekers growing and Home in under a month

Business response:

Thanks for the great review and comments, Sara! We'll always have a soft spot for your little super-tots.

The first week of my son's life was the worst of my life with several complications, to which the NICU contributed greatly to my feelings of trauma and powerlessness as a new mother. However, I believe that my son was kept there longer than medically necessary and I had several nurses tell me he was perfectly healthy and fine....sooo why did you keep him there so long "just to make sure he's not readmitted"? Babies ... read more

Sacred Heart Children's hospital is amazing, I've spent many nights there with my youngest daughter, she had CF....it was a wonderful and caring experience, I've been watching what they have been doing recently for the kids, who's ever in charge and setting forth these experiences for the kids, I applaud you....there definitely has been a shift, a good one... my daughter passed away in 2014, and I had a granddaughter born a few months later with a CF diagnosis....it does my heart good to see when the day comes or if, she wil... read more
