I have lived here for 3 years at W Clyde Williams Terrace in Fairfield Alabama and I love it. The Director and her staff are so nice and accommodating and Meets all of our concerns. We have so many activists here and give aways. So if I had to move it would hurt me because I love my apartment. I can truly say it is a wonderful place to live out my senior years.
Do not rent from them, SPM IS THE WORST MANAGEMENT COMPANY AROUND!! I lived in an apartment complex for 8 years, I never had any problems with previous landlords till SPM took over. Since then, it is a nightmare!! They think only about profits, not caring about tenants. They are extremely rude, unprofessional and arrogant! No answers to calls, emails or messages on the portal for long time, I put a maintenance request on July and issue was solved in November!! The property that's being managed in Montgomery, AL is horrible. The trash bin always overflowing, tenants are allowed to walk dogs all through out the complex and not clean up behind them. The lawn service people that cut the grass never pick up the paper or trash they just mow right over it and there is constantly some kind of insect problem. This is by far the worst place we have ever lived. The management at Art Square at Hallandale is absolutely incompetent and unprofessional. They completely ignore maintenance requests and health concerns until you serve them with an official 7-Day Notice to Cure. Only the threat of legal action or rent withholding makes them move a finger. The building is poorly maintained: persistent roach infestations, disgusting trash odors that linger for days, and constant issues with broken elevators. Spm property management does not care about their tenants and their apartments in Janesville Wisconsin are overpriced. and when you report a maintenance issue they say let us know if it gets worse! Do not rent an apartment from spm property management, we had nothing but issue after issue with our apartment.
