Absolutely horrible management company. They are unresponsive, dismissive, and completely unwilling to properly handle serious maintenance and habitability issues. We’ve been dealing with ongoing flood-related damage and worsening conditions in our apartment, and despite multiple reports, there has been little to no action taken. Anyone that complains or writes a review for SPMG management company, have you noticed how SPM writes a fluffy answer how sorry they are you are disappointed , but NEVER OFFERS A RESOLUTION TO YOUR COMPLAINT?
I’ve lived at Art Square for 8 years. SPM management just took over last year and it has been a nightmare ever since. My dryer broke on 5/18/25 and I didn’t get a replacement until 6/18/26. They offered no solutions other than “we only have one maintenance guy” or “we’re waiting for a part” and the office agent who allowed me to use another unit’s dryer got in trouble for that.
