Spm property management does not care about their tenants and their apartments in Janesville Wisconsin are overpriced. They don't even have a cleaning person at riverflats apartments They don't vacuum the hallways or even steam clean the carpets and when you report a maintenance issue they say let us know if it gets worse! Do not rent an apartment from spm property management, we had nothing but issue after issue with our apartment. No after hr maintenance guy air conditioner went out it's 103 outside my poor dog no one office on Monday...very unhappy resident still no air conditioner was told hopefully between 1 and 4 tomorrow and trash bags full trash on property no puts in dumpster never 24 maintenance guy on stand by....I due suffer from asthma and anxiety attacks...ths listening
I wish I could see how all of the properties are managed in other states but the resident manager of the River Flats Apartments in Janesville, WI is one of the worse managers I have ever heard about or experienced in my 71 years of living. She was not in her office for three days but was still stalking me by having a friend watch what I was doing.
