Spm property management does not care about their tenants and their apartments in Janesville Wisconsin are overpriced. and when you report a maintenance issue they say let us know if it gets worse! Do not rent an apartment from spm property management, we had nothing but issue after issue with our apartment. Our refrigerator had scratches on it when we moved in 5 years ago and they did not replace it, we have a soft spot in our bath tub and they didn't even look at it they just said let them know if it gets worse.
