The staff was pleasant and very helpful, and the car wash was much needed. The terry cloths provided by the worker was helpful.

I am 99% sure it has scratched my car now. I went a few months back and noticed a couple of spots of scratches, but didn't know for sure that it was from the wash. Now I know. I took the car back 3 days ago and found a couple of dents and 4 larger scratches. So I didn't like it.
