Best Stylist in Indiana – The rating available is a 5, I give Kiem Voogn a 10 as well as the salon. Splash Hair Salon is by far the best salon I have been to in 3 states. Kiem does a wonderful job with all hair types and styles. He has done several short hair styles on me that have turned heads everywhere I have gone. My last visit was amazing; he worked as if it was a master piece. I will be back soon Kiem, thank you for being such a fabulous stylist. He definitely knows how to do hair.....
Professional and Accomodating – I found Splash from reading all of the great reviews on Citysearch and they certainly did not disappoint. I called on a weekday morning for a hair cut, and they were able to fit me in that very same day. The manager was very friendly and professional, as was my stylist Sara Lamb. They give amazing scalp massages during your shampoo, which is great. I will definitely be returning to Splash and have recommended it to many friends!!
Awesome Salon! – I have been going to Jacqueline Belus-Kauth for many years. When I first moved to Indy, I had trouble finding a good stylist. I made my first appointment years ago for a hair extension consultation. Jacqueline was brutally honest with me. My hair was not in the right shape for hair extensions. She was right. What An Experience – I did a lot of research on salons in Indy before deciding to give Splash a try. I had very long and dry hair that hadn't been cut in years. Needless to say I was very nervous about getting it cut. My stylists name is Kiem (pronounced Kim) and right away he made me feel welcome. WOW – Several weeks after having my first baby, I was feeling a little ho hum about my self image.. All the baby weight was gone, but I felt an itch for a new hair style as all I was doing was pulling it back in a ponytail. Perfection – I am new to the area and did a ton of research before I decided on Splash. I saw Kiem and he worked wonders on my hair! The color is amazing and I haven't had a cut this great since I left CA 10 years ago. I will never go to anyone but Kiem as long as I am in the area and I would highly recommend him for any coloring, highlights or cut!!

Customer since it opened for a reason – I have been going to Splash since it opened, after following owner Jacquelyn Belus-Kauth there. I have stayed because not only is Jacquelyn the best colorist around, she gives individual attention and truly gets to know your personality and what styles will work for you. The extra details (hot towels for the hands, long scalp massages, a drink when you arrive) help make you feel pampered and special.
