We live on a dirt road with an SUV. It gets super dirty. Been going to Splash Express since it opened. It never gets the back of the truck clean. The dryer air flushes the dirt out if the creases while it's still wet. Not anyones fault, it happens. Yesterday, the manager noticed and sent us back through, checking AGAIN when it was done. WOW, amazing custumer service guys!
