I've read a few bad reviews so I first have to say that this place has by far the best customer service of any wash. They WILL NOT let you leave unhappy. My truck always comes out clean and if for some reason it doesn't, tell them and go through again. I have never been to any car wash that was perfect. Hands down the best wash around and I'm happy to be a monthly member.

Splash really was never a bad car wash, it all just depends how dirty the vehicle is and how caked on the grime is. However, my mom's car IN NEUTRAL rear ended the car in front of her; they claimed she changed it out of neutral, and that their machines were in no error. Totally ridiculous knowing that in order to change the column in any way you have to press a button THEN move the shifter. Taking business elsewhere.

I spoke to your mother on the day this happened and explained to her that the only way this could happen is if the car was placed in drive while she was behind the wheel. Went through today and I was surprised when one of the guys offered me a front plate holder, my plate always gets tacoed after going through. I got out to vacuum the car, but I was disappointed to see the wheels and back of the car hadn't been cleaned well. I'd pulled off to the side to adjust a side mirror that got knocked forwards, and a different guy said to pull around again and they'd wash the car again for free.
