I got my car washed on Monday. I noticed later that day that my windshield was full of water spots. I tried to get them off by cleaning my windshield when I gassed up the other day but they wouldn't budge. I usually love the result from getting my car washed at Splash. But unfortunately, I am disappointed that this last wash resulted in water spots that I can't get rid of.

This is a great car wash! Went through and was happy and using the vacuum and one of the gentleman that works there noticed some bugs on my grill still and offered for me to go through again to make sure I was satisfied. Highly recommend.

I paid for the $18 package and the dead bugs are still on my grill. Most of the bugs were from only a week ago, not all summer baking in the sun.

I usually really like this car wash. The exception being when the horizontal spinning brush is not operational. This is the one that gets the hood, windshield, and top of my car nice and clean. Many trees in my area have aphids, and the dust sticks to their little droplets pretty well. When that brush is not working, the car just does not get that clean on the top surfaces or windshield. I only mention it because when I went today, it was not working.

Shout out to Splash Express. I have gone there since they opened and always a good wash and vacuum. Today I got my car washed and with it being winter my car was pretty dirty. Was vacuuming and the owner came over saying he didn’t like that there was still some dirt on my car so he wanted me to go thru again to get it completely clean. Exceptional customer service!
