Went to this car wash today and had bugs baked onto my car from a weeks worth of driving back-and-forth to Everett...the owner/manager let me go through the car wash twice to make sure the bugs were off my car.... great customer service!!!

Having to be frugal in this time and age, I thought it was too much for the top end wash, but I still got it, so, jokes on me. Truth be told though. It was a great wash and somehow they shined my tires too (obviously a solvent, etc.) They did a great job!
Service is always professional, lines move fast and the vacuum area is clean and accommodating to clean out your car...plus the vacuum is included!
