They have wonderful customer service. They clean my car inside and out. I have two very messy boys and they make me feel like I’m driving a new car when they are finished.
So to all those NWA parents who dread cleaning out your car, specifically your floors and seats, thanks to kids, I highly recommend going to Splash and getting their full service detail. I figured I would splurge and have someone else clean my car, honestly not expecting them to do as good as me since it didn’t cost much, but they did an amazing job! Not a crumb anywhere!!! Great customer service! I went through and had a few issues after buying the extra wax and interior clean. (Wasn’t initially waxed, and interior had several issues. I contacted them on Facebook with photos and immediately was contacted and they were super nice about it and had me come back to fix it. Codie-the manager was great, and very helpful! Also love the kids area inside! Will definitely be back

Not exactly what you expect when you pay a premium price to have your car washed and detailed.
We got the $40 wash and detail. Comfortable waiting area, fast, and you get to watch them to the work while you are there. you also get a chance to review your car and they will clean or correct anything you want. Definitely going back. And I forgot to mention, when I pulled up a younger boy opened my car door and escorted me inside and showed me around. It felt like I was being spoiled for sure
Fantastic experience! No waiting for service. Had the replacement parts I needed in stock. Very friendly. Great customer service! Now if only you did pick up and delivery. Ha!
