Called and asked...can I get detail now, and wash later. They told me yes. Came and paid for full, told wash person what I needed. They told me since I was here just do the wash and get voucher inside. Came through wash them to detail, come inside...girl tells me since I went through wash, I don't get a voucher...even when I told her the outside person told me differently. Will NOT be back to a place that lies to customers!

I am not one to typically post reviews, but this place is AMAZING! They have the best customer service I’ve seen anywhere in a long time! I had an issue with an oil filter cap that was damaged from another place. After tracking down the part I needed I came back & they fixed that issue.....On top of that they gave me a FREE car wash along with an exterior and interior car detail for no charge! They went above and beyond & I will be back!! Highly recommend Splash Car Wash NWA for your oil change, car wash & car detail needs!
I’ve contemplated switching car washes since this location is out of my way with me living in Centerton, BUT I can’t and I won’t switch for these reasons: #1 being customer service, these associates love their jobs and their customers, if it’s not a high five or a wave it’s definitely a welcoming smile. #2 the detail deal with a monthly membership is worth its weight in gold. I pulled in with a filthy vehicle that had not been washed in months and pulled out with a whole new vehicle! Great job for a great price! They were very friendly and speedy too.
