Took my truck there for the first time. It looked very nice, like a spa for cars. I paid for “the works” which was over $30. By the time they were finished they had another car waiting behind me so I felt like I should leave quickly. Drove ten minutes home and I finally got a good look at it. All the dead bugs on my front grill were still there. The mud on my mud flaps and wheel wells were still there. Dirt on my back bumper still there. Be sure to walk around your vehicle after Splash is done. I didn't and came home to find a dent/scratch on the tailgate of my 2 week-old truck. $35 car wash just cost me $500! Avoid like the plague.

This place is THE WORST! I’ve had a bad experience with this facility in the past, complained to management, they gave my car a complete do over and was very happy. So, ok to go back again, right? WRONG! Paid for car wash, wheel bright, mat wash.....ugh! Mats were washed with rancid, stinky water and just thrown in the car, wasn’t vacuumed, bird poop still on the windshield. I’m done, never going back. Stay away!
Let me tell you! I paid for the 5 star detail from Splash Southbury. I thought that is was a little pricey and was hesitant to buy it. Well I did! And so glad that I did. They did an awesome job on my truck. They cleaned EVERY NOOK AND CRANNY! I have 3 kids, 2 of which are athletes and I refused to buy a new car because they are disgusting. Lol! Terrible job with my car wash! They also lie about services so I would spend more money! Very dishonest place! I miss the old owners they always did good work and were honest!
When I spend $30+ to have my car washed and vacuuming the interior is included I expect the fry crumbs in my cup holders to be vacuumed. I shouldn’t have to get out my glass cleaner and vacuum when I get home. Seriously you have to make a conscious effort to do this bad of a job.
