Asked to cancel my membership months ago. Trusted them that they would do it correctly. Only to find out that they have continued to charge me for months. Spoke to a supervisor, still no cancellation. Worst customer service ever.
Aaron took great care of my car. we had sap damage all over the car. But no longer. inside and out the car loooks brand new. The customer service is wonderful. From Aaron and the detailers and the receptionist. Friendly, efficient and professional. Thank you spash folks and Aaron. See you Soon
You should be ashamed of yourselves. You claim you don’t do exterior wash only but that’s essentially what i just got. Exterior wash and the most basic of dashboard wipe downs. My built in Pacifica vacuum picked up more on a quick swipe than your team’s vacuums picked up. I honestly don’t even think they opened the main cab of my minivan. The mats were certainly not even taken out or shaken or anything basic. I just paid $30 for an exterior wash. I will never go there again. What a rip off.
Took my truck there for the first time. It looked very nice, like a spa for cars. I paid for “the works” which was over $30. By the time they were finished they had another car waiting behind me so I felt like I should leave quickly. Drove ten minutes home and I finally got a good look at it. All the dead bugs on my front grill were still there. The mud on my mud flaps and wheel wells were still there. Dirt on my back bumper still there. Just want give credit where it's due. I had a positive experience at this particular wash. The staff from management down to the cashier was courteous at all times . Definitely will be back!
I paid 24.99 for truck wash it was 27.99.when they were done trash was not taken out not vacuum right.no armourall was put on it.Bad service.Not returning there.i was there yesterday 9/13/18
Be sure to walk around your vehicle after Splash is done. I didn't and came home to find a dent/scratch on the tailgate of my 2 week-old truck. $35 car wash just cost me $500! Avoid like the plague.
