stopped by here recently traveling thru New Haven area.. what a mess!..the car wash almost caused my car to crash into the car in front of me when they stopped at the exit and no one there to direct traffic..i slammed the brake but my car kept moving. , laying on the horn. The car in front pulled out with inches to spare.. Then I was ushered to the drying area. waited a few minutes and drove away. no one even looked.. this place needs a boss.. I couldn't even vacuum my car here! Pricey car wash for crappy service

Every time I go there something happens to my car and they didn't wipe it down correctly yesterday. Ok, the magnets that disappeared, no big deal. However, yesterday someone turned off the sonar in my new car and now I have to make a trip to the dealer. Also, the guy at the entrance to the car wash and took my order was rude. I'm done.
