Waste of money, car is not cleaned properly at this car wash, sloppy work!
Terrible experience, car came out of the wash “tunnel” and it sat for 40 minutes in the hot sun before anyone even came to start the finish work. On a black car, you can imagine the spots. Total time wasted, about 1 hr and 20 minutes
Two words - STAY AWAY! I paid for a car wash with a gift card and then had the police calling me a couple hours later. They reported me to police for walking out without paying. Turned into a total nightmare. Mark Curtis is a jerk and a half.
This was one of the best around. No more. Windows are streaked, car is still dirty when you get it back. Very dissatisfied.
For starters, when you pay close to $300 for an interior/exterior "5-star" detail, they should clean out the interior cubby and polish the chrome exhaust tips. If I can post pics, I will.
stopped by here recently traveling thru New Haven area.. what a mess!..the car wash almost caused my car to crash into the car in front of me when they stopped at the exit and no one there to direct traffic..i slammed the brake but my car kept moving. , laying on the horn. The car in front pulled out with inches to spare.. Then I was ushered to the drying area. waited a few minutes and drove away. no one even looked.. this place needs a boss..
