Recommendedplace was very clean everyone we came in contact with very professional. Nurses were amazing taking care of my husband. Highly recommended this place for surgery
The staff was very nice. They made you feel like they care about you. They were very professional.
Everything went very well until i got with the recovery nurse. she said some things that she shouldn’t have and to really believe that nurses are there to help the patients. Spivey you may want to retrain your employees that you have there working. If she said what she said to me i can imagine what she says to other patients as well.
Nice and clean but very slow! We were the only ones in the waiting room after a lady was called back. It took move than hour to get a chest x-ray around 3:00pm. They said they were checking on his insurance. So I finally went to the window and ask why is it taking so long, she check and said she didn't let me know the insurance was approved. Then it took another few minutes to finally be called back.
In two years this is Second meniscus torn different knees. They did a great job both times in recovery now.
