We waited two months for an appointment and showed up and there was no one in the office. The lights were on and someone walked 15 mins after our appt time and I asked if they worked there. Heather Boucher is beyond wonderful - kind, comfortable, welcoming, knowledgeable. She speaks to you as a person and a peer, and I very much trust her with my child and his psychological health. The receptionist, Laura, is also so very kind and welcoming - we feel very comfortable and valued as a client of Spirit.
