Heather Boucher is beyond wonderful - kind, comfortable, welcoming, knowledgeable. She speaks to you as a person and a peer, and I very much trust her with my child and his psychological health. The receptionist, Laura, is also so very kind and welcoming - we feel very comfortable and valued as a client of Spirit.
I had a great time with Melanie! However, for the insurance, I experienced the stage like " we can definitely bill Canadalife - Sorry we can't do that, please pay and do your insurance by your own - Oh sorry your insurance does not include that, please make sure check your insurance policy clearly by yourself." This is the first time my insurance can not be covered for years, and I am pretty sure I did not get any notifications from them at the beginning.
