Dr.Semandel is the best!!! He takes the time to give your pet a thorough & complete check-up, not rushing you through & takes the time to explain everything to you making sure you completely understand what the issue is & explaining the steps to cure the infection. And he has a great staff on board that truly care about giving your fur-baby the utmost best of care.
Staff and vets are incredibly caring. I am able to get timely appointments and they are very responsive to emails and messages. It is a busy clinic but I never feel rushed.
Call clients back within a reasonable amount of time, when clients call for appointments.
Brought my Pippin there for years and always received great care and service. They were very kind to me and him for his end of life care.
