My 14 year old, 17 pound dog was attacked by a neighbor's loose 100 pound pit bull on our morning walk on 11/26. I happen to be a CSR at Spirit. I called after the attack and after I finally stopped shaking, and was able to talk to Amanda (lead CSR / manager) quickly got to talk to Dr. James Voss, I was able to bring my little Chewy with me at the start of my shift. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU LOVE YOUR PETS. I’m disgusted at the amount of horror stories I just heard about this place where both the doctor and the techs were rude and incompetent and so many people’s pets almost died or were grossly mistreated. (For context, there’s a thread of 100+ comments on a social media site of people sharing their negative experiences). My dog Molli need lumps removed from her back. But found out her teeth are terrible too and needed to clean and remove some. I am not rich so went back and forth but Dr. Lippman called to relax me about the procedure and how important having Molli teeth done. He kept me advised during procedure how she’s doing and how bad her teeth are and infected. He reassured me that she would still eat well missing so many teeth and not to worry she’s doing great. Dr. Voss is awesome!!!! He has treated my 3 dogs for many years! He has always treated my 3 yorkies will love and compassion!
Great,friendly staff. They are very helpful. I just got a follow up call checking on Jack to see how he is feeling after his visit last week.
All staff is so friendly and caring, very sincere.
