The parts department, Tony and Jonathan specifically, are awesome. They've helped me pick out new helmets, and other accessories. They're always super busy, but when it's my turn, they always make me feel like I've got their full attention, and they don't rush me. I think that not being rushed leads to better purchase decisions. Steve, was our salesman, First contact with him was though internet sales, I live in twentynine palms, ca so it is quite a drive from where im to san Jose, anyway, through alot of text messages decided to put a deposit on a bike, drove up there met steve in person, very nice friendly guy, ended up not getting the original bike that, I had a deposit on, however we found another one that we liked better, steve was very patient with us, and did not pressure us, made the sale very pleasant, The whole staff was great, if we ever ... read more

Good people they treat you right and very efficient
You guys just rock!! You take the time to get to know your customers. I love walking in, being addressed by name and talking about rides, or life, with the staff. Reminds me of when Norm walked in the bar on "Cheers" �. You have a customer for life!
