RecommendedSo I took my 2018 Thruxton R to get a service done and as always I have been treated like family. Ralph and DJ, and the new service member Kait, were awesome. Kait walked out and helped me unload my bike from the trailer. Then Ralph came out to me and checked me in. They got me in and out quickly. DJ always goes above and beyond. They are the reasons I go there time after time. 5 Star service all around.
broke down in Morro Bay today. Front Wheel speed sensor out. they did not have the part in stock ended up taking off a wrecked bike parts that came in and got me back on the road within less than an hour. JD and the entire place rocks;
Exceptional customer service - don't even THINK about going anywhere else in the region for an Indian.

5 Stars! This is one of nicest, all around, shops I’ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Super nice folks, a beautiful facility, and as welcoming as they can be. I bought a Royal Enfield 650 Continental GT from Spirit, and while it certainly was not the only motorcycle I’ve ever purchased, the experience of the purchase was easily the best. Thank you, George and Terrence and staff! One happy old lady here!
