I had a very positive experience test driving Triumph Bonnevilles a few weeks ago. Renee was very informative, set up the two motorcycles I wanted to test ride (T120 and T100) for the following weekend, and gave me plenty of time to ask questions and make a decision after I rode them. I stopped in to ask some questions about a motorcycle and was helped promptly and had my questions answered, I decided to look around and D-Lo showed me around until I found the Scout Bobber I loved. I was on the fence about buying it and D-Lo made the experience very enjoyful and easy and he was very helpful no pressure like other dealerships whatsoever.
