Machines, facilities, lounge area , all clean. Edward the attendant friendly and helpful,
Nice, clean spot to do. Only complaint is an issue I had with card machine. Attempted to add $10 and was given an error message for the first two and both showed pending with bank. Called two days later to inform one of the errored transactions went through but didn’t reflect on my laundry card. Spoke to attendant and sent bank screen shots as requested and was told it would be added to my laundry card. It didn’t. Came back a week later to do laundry and told a different attendant. Nice new laundromat. Staff keeps this place extremely clean. Staff is really helpful. Customers are the problem here. Teenagers playing with the carts. Adults sitting on the folding tables..Edward is amazing, he's always so nice and helpful..5 stars just because of him..Thank you for the years of service!!
I usually wash during the day and his usually messy. But I came in at 4am and noticed a man actually cleaning everything. Joshua went above and beyond cleaning spin x.
Edward was very polite and helpful!
