I have found it rare in the past that the appointment time matches the time they actually call you in to get your dental work done.... not so here! Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful and they are so upfront with the costs of services - which I have had problems with at other dental offices.
I have been going to Rick and Patty at Summit Dental for years. Their office staff is first class at courtesy, appointments/reminders, and accommodations. Patty is gentle, reassuring and professional at my cleaning appointments. Rick has been terrific at long procedures involving injections, root canals and bridges. Their prices are reasonable and they work with my insurance to assure coverage.Gus of Lonesome Dove fame was wrong when he said "NOBODY LIKES A DENTIST." I like my dentist and his staff. This dentist is great! She answers all my questions that I have. Friendly staff as well.
I went to have my teeth cleaned. The technician found a small cavity in a front tooth at that time and as quick as a wink I was xrayed and treated by Dr. Lee and went home tooth filled and so grateful that it was all done at that same time.What terrific service!! And possibly the most caring office staff in Escondido.....or maybe California.
My appointments with Natalie are always great. She is a very professional and friendly young woman and she does a great job of cleaning my teeth.

I want to thank the girls at the front office for being so great and helpful and accommodating with my first visit to the office. Yes! it is always nice to know that one is valued as a customer and things go well especially when one feels it is an emergency. Keep up the great attitude towards your clients.
Being the big coward that I am,my entire visit was truly a great experience.From the visit with Patti,to the exam with Dr.Jagger,I was relaxed and comfortable.No complaints from my end.
