IAm not happy With The Job Done On My Teeth Last Visit Or Explanation Of The Pain Still In The Last Root Canel.
It's always a good visit. All of the staff are consistently professional and friendly. It's very apparent that customer service is important to them. They greet all of the patients by name and always try to give everyone a little personal touch. The care and follow up are good too. I always feel confident in the care both myself and my family get there. I would recommend highly.
This visit was for a teeth cleaning with the hygienist. She was friendly, professional and explained every thing she needed to very clearly.

Dr. Lightman is a trustworthy and honest dentist which is something that it's hard to find in San Diego. I had a terrible experience with two dentists in the area who told me I needed thousands of dollars of work done. I have never had a cavity in my life and I didn't want to ruin my natural teeth. So, I got a third opinion from Dr. Lightman and he told me my "cavities that needed to be filled immediately" were nothing more than deep stains. WONDERFUL! From the time that I arrived in the office the entire staff exceeded my expectation. Everyone was extremely helpful, professional and courteous.There was no wasted time and the Dentist was did a great job of reviewing the problems that I have with my teeth and the recommended procedure to correct them. The billing was thoroughly explained and the followup procedure was scheduled in a timely manner. Great job all around! I will highly recommend this Dental Office and to the entire staff, keep up the great job.!
