RecommendedI have never felt more comfortable and welcome in a clinic setting as I did at Spine and Sports! I had my first session today (after a trampoline incident where I obviously thought I was WAY younger than I am) and Dr Adam was the most laid back, easy to understand and just awesome-all-around health professional I have encountered in a long time! Plus the receptionists were accommodating and super friendly. I already feel better!
Dr. Adam is amazing. Spine and Sports truly cares about getting you well again. They have helped me with my back, hip, and shoulder. They also have helped my 13 year old find some relief from Osgood-Schlatters when an orthopedic doctor said there’s really nothing that can be done. Plus, they are just nice people. Highly recommend them!
As an instructor I can't afford to be side lined for long!!!! Dr Kyle is so good at isolating the problem and coming up with a solution! He always gives me ideas on what to add in for stretching or what exercise to go easy on as I am healing from an injury . #Stay in the Game Christy Watson
Dr. Adam is amazing. He has helped me with a few pains and most recently with a knee issue. It was impacting my sleep and my activities. In one session he made a significant difference! Knowledgeable, professional, friendly and timely! HIGHLY recommend.
I had frozen shoulder after my shoulder surgery and found it very difficult to get range of motion back. After seeing Dr. Leon about a dozen times I can say that I have almost 100% range of motion back. His experience with shoulders and his knowledge in active release therapy is incredible. I would refer him to anyone who is in need of this kind of treatment.
