I loved my entire experience! From the first phone call with Samantha at the office, to calling his Fullerton office looking for my insurance authorization, St. Jude hospital and the follow up physical therapy. I also appreciated being able to have all the pre-op work done close by his office .
An acquaintance recommended Dr. Eric Lin to me as I was in major pain after a failed back surgery and on narcotics every four hours. He met me, listened to my story, reviewed my MRI and with confidence told me he can help me. I Thank him from the bottom of my heart for his knowledge , his expertise and his demeanor. I have and will continue recommending him to others that need relief.

Doctor Lin is a wonderful doctor who really cares for his patients. He is kind, genuine, and very knowledgeable on many aspects of medicine. Wait time may be a few weeks, but it is totally worth the wait 100%. The front office desk staff and physicians assistance provides better customer service than most fine dining restaurants. all and all this is a great facility with excellent doctors.

Spine and Pain Inst of Orange County have pain and spine doctors who sincerely care about my wellbeing and health. They are knowledgeable and well trained in all pain conditions and surgical options, so just ask them if you have a question. They will be able to talk to you if you have concerns regarding your opioid regimen of Norco, Vicodin, hydrocodone, OxyContin, oxycodone, Morphine, Dilaudid, Methadone, Suboxone, Fentanyl, etc. All the pain management physicians are easy to talk to, and they really try to troubleshoot your body's problems. Their office is lovely, and they quickly get you in and out if you are in a rush. If you are not, they will talk to you about your medical condition. The receptionist and staff are friendly. Go here.

Doctor Kwok listens to my concerns, and he only suggest surgery when there are no other option. There is also a fluoroscopy machine the office to perform epidural steroid injections, facet steroid injections, etc!! This I find very quick and convenient!!! Dr. Kwock is quite knowledgeable in medicine. He will explain whatever question you have, he will listen to your concerns and give an opinion about it. His team are excellent in customer service, and they will do what they can to help.

Just let them know that you have somewhere to go, and they will try their best and get you IN-AND-OUT of there FAST! They are so very friendly, cheerful and professional at the front desk. And the providers are the icing on the cake! My biggest complaint is that Dr Ali may take extensive time, and you may have to wait a little longer when you have an appointment with you. Overall, I recommend this place. I would give this pain clinic 100 stars if it was allowed on Facebook. As far as pain management clinics go, this is as good as it gets and they treat all pain conditions remarkably well. SPIOC is easy to find. The parking is spacious, the rooms are clean, and they get you in and out pretty fast if you ware in a rush.

My husband has been treated for his migraine headaches for years, and every time she goes to the emergency room the doctor looks at him with suspicion. And we have been been patients of both Dr Kwok and Dr Chuang here in Spine and Pain Institute of OC. In both cases the doctors are simply amazing. They arranged the perfect pain medication regimen, Botox injections, and other treatments to restore me and my husband's body back to when we were our healthiest. The support staff has been equally wonderful. We highly recommend the pain management team.
