I’ve been trying to reach this physician’s office several times over the past few weeks, and it’s honestly been a frustrating experience. They never seem to answer the phone, and I consistently end up leaving voicemails. I understand that medical offices can be busy, but returning calls or having a more responsive system would really help patients. I hope they can improve their communication because it’s important to feel like you can actually reach your doctor’s office when needed."Let me know if you’d like any changes!

Never had to use a pain Dr before but I had nothing but good comments over this practice. PA Kurt Lee and Marshall have both addressed my concerns as well as my questions . Yvonne is always very friendly and to the point. Front staff is very friendly as well. I would not recommend if I had so so treatment. They rank up there when it comes down to managing my pain.

I wish I had an experience as some of the reviews on here. But I couldn't even get an appointment with a provider in Texas the receptionist kept pushing for a doctor in Utah. I guess they have no providers in Texas wish they made that clear on the website.
