I was in Friday afternoon for a procedure. Was in tremendous pain. Each person I encountered was extremely understanding. Once in the back, I actually started tearing up. The comfort level each person tried to make me feel while crying was amazing. Just trying to let me be as comfortable as I could be in the moment was exceptional.
