SPINCO Halifax hosted our work team for a ride and it was so much fun! The SPINCO team was so friendly and helpful with my first ride! Starla was absolutely fantastic as the instructor. I will definitely be returning for more rides in the future.

Her energy was contagious, and the music she chose kept me motivated the entire time. The atmosphere was so welcoming, and the overall experience was exceptional. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great workout!
