Very disappointed ! We ve been patients for 5 years - they take care of the whole family. Each time we call, it seems like no one truly addresses our concerns, and no appointments are available. What’s even more frustrating is being asked to call back for cancellations because there’s no waitlist system in place to manage these situations. It is the responsibility of their schedulers to set up a waitlist—not the job of the patients! Are we expected to call every 10 minutes to check if there’s been a cancellation? This review is long overdue. I have been coming to see Christi for many years, even prior to her joining Spicewood Dermatology. Christi has a wealth of knowledge related to skincare. She will never recommend a procedure or a product unless she feels a client will benefit from it. I trust her expertise so much that I brought my teenage daughter to help her with acne. I am giving them 1 start because I have no option to give less. A 10 minutes visit, she barely looked at my face and immediately came with the diagnostic. Prescribed some medicines, expensive ones and never gave me a summary of the visit with written direction on the prescription even when she gave me anabiotic, have been chasing them to answer questions that I couldn’t ask during the visit because the rush they had to finish with me.
