Bad medical care I was scheduled to see Dr. Jeng for follow up, but was put in the physician assistant's schedule instead. Disappointing Service My overall experience has been disappointing her. It is hard to get someone on the phone, takes days (if you are lucky) to get a nurse to call you back. And it is against their policy for the doctors to call you back. One good thing here is that you can get an immediate appointment. But that should say alot too.
