Do not buy from this dealership they will sell you broken equipment and lie about getting it fixed. Then put a hold on you’re deposit for a few days when you paid them in cash. They definitely try their best to not make things right in timely fashion. Hands down worst dealer experience I’ve ever had in Michigan.
Do not trust them. I talked to 2 different sales people and they told me that they had 3 yacht club 1612b trailers in stock. When I got there they tried to sell me something 2 small, I feel they lied to me just to get me in the store. Beware of all the 5 star reviews on their website. No place is that good .
We bought a 2022 Sylvan X3 from boat city in sept. Our sales person Mike A did a nice job explaining the tritoon, paperwork etc. It was a very nice experience. Everything went well, we fell we were treated fairly. Love the boat!
We sent our 2013 Polaris Ranger in to be repaired and overhauled in March of 2021. We got it back over a month later. The bill was $6,521.00! It went in because it was overheating. To trade it in for a new one, they said that we had to fix it first and then we could trade it in. So I had it fixed. Got it back and after a few months, it overheated AGAIN. On March 21st we stopped into Spicers Boat city looking at a new utv. I have been looking at a Polaris General xp 4 1000 and two salesman working together ( one was more familiar with boats so got the assistance from another) quoted me a final price and wrote it on a business card. I said I will check with another dealership and will be in contact. I made a call the following day to place the order at Spicers because their price was lower.
