these guys are the best in town, after going to lenscrafters & luttrell's who both screwed up my first time progressive lens. I decided to try what I had been told was the best in town. They did not let me down, gave me all the facts that i had researched myself before I went, Very professional & unbelievable service. THEY KNOW what they are doing. Great selection too. I have received amazing service from the staff and love my glasses. I went in last week and showed them that I had cleaned my glasses with a sandy shirt at the beach. They looked up my lenses and found that they were still under warrenty and ordered me new lenses at no cost. They came in 3 days later.They have the most contemporary selection of glasses frames in Knoxville that I know about.I have had my present frames for two years and they are still in perfect condition.
Very poor customer service. The person who 'helped' us knew less about the frames than we did.
