RecommendedI think Spencer's Jewelers is the best jewelry store in Athens. Mr. and Mrs. Spencer know me by my first name when I walk in the store. Spencer's Jewelers is a family owned business and has been in Athens for as long as I can remember. I love their dog, whose name is Champ. 5 stars.
