I always loved science, but I also wanted to be able to interact with people; medicine is the perfect combination of the two. Many careers in science are spent in a lab supplying little interaction with others. I really enjoy getting to know my patients, sharing laughs with them, and watching them improve. Dr. Stanbury has performed several procedures on my hands including surgeries. I admire his direct approach to the specifics and options he recommends for treatment. I drive over 3 and a half hours to see Dr. Stanbury on appointment’s because of the trust I have in him. Highly recommended. So grateful I found him over 8 years ago.

Dr. Stanbury is saving my finger from an infection from a surgery performed by another doctor causing Osteomyelitis. I like Dr. Stanbury. He knows what he's doing. I've had many wrist and hand surgeries, so, many doctors. Dr. Stanbury gets right to the point, the diagnosis , the solution.
Last visit was my second with Dr. Stanbury. On both visits, he appears to be very professional, knowledgeable and caring and certainly explains everything about my hand problem very well and comes out with all the options available, if additional medical treatment is needed. I've noticed that he moves really fast, as if he is in a rush through my appointment, probably to get to other patients. The waiting room was really crowded and I thought I had a long wait ahead of me. Instead, was called in within about 5 minutes, maybe less. That's never happened to me in a doctor's office!
This appointment was very pleasant. It was quick and the entire X-Ray staff was very friendly, and I did not have to wait long at all. Dr. Stanbury gave me an injection in a professional pleasant manner. He gave his honest and open opinion on possible surgery down the road. I really appreciated every part of my visit.
