Remembering clients by name is not a very big concern for the staff here because every time I come in for an appointment I constantly have to remind them who I am. It would be nice to be recognized at least once is all I'm saying. Their parking situation was very frustrating. I ended up looking around for a spot for a very long time. The female vet's attitude sucks, and even after being confronted about having a poor bedside manner, she doesn't respond with a "You're welcome" after the customer says "thank you" 2 times. This has happened 2 different times of saying "thank you" 2 times. She comes off as cold and sociopathic.
I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday. I usually just go to someone else in the area because I can't count on them ever. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options.
