Dr Spencer is the BEST VET, I have ever taken my beloved Cleo to....In fact, I think he is the very best VET, I have ever been to, period. He is kind, caring, and has a sense of wit about him as well. He has always gone the xtra mile for me and my Cleo. There is MORE than ample parking, so the lady that complained she couldn't find a parking place, must have taken a wrong turn, and ended up in Dallas. I'm quite surprised to read the negative reviews and have to wonder if they are thinking about a clinic other than Dr Randall Spencer's. I trusted him with my precious dog's life for 12 years and feel there is none more competent and compassionate. In all this time I can't think of one negative experience. Everyone there is knowledgeable, helpful and caring. I can call any time and speak with Lillian who usually knows the answer, but if not she always gets it for me promptly. This is the best Vet's office we have been to in a long time. The girls are always very nice. I would never expect them to remember my name because I usually only see them once or twice a year, really I don't think my Gyno remembers my name but I still have confidence she knows her business.
