I had an appt for my son and daughter on the same day for general cleaning. However my daughter needs extra dental work done and Ms. JJ was very helpful and efficient with all the information she provided me and my daughter. My experience was wonderful especially with the help of Ms. JJ Thank you. E. Earls
My daughter had to sit in the chair the whole time she was back getting her teeth cleaned and listen to the doctors complain and get aggravated about how overbooked they are and that they don't get any downtime. And then the doctor cleaning and working on her teeth was jabbing into her gums and when my daughter said it hurt she started blaming my daughter. And since my daughter is 17 and not a toddler I tend to take her word for it.
I have a very serious complaint in regards to the KoolSmiles Corporate offices and the delay of approving the anesthesia for my daughter. My daughter was seen 5/20/2016 and it was determined that she needed extensive work done to her teeth that required general anesthesia in order to address all areas quickly and efficiently at one appointment. These folks in Roanoke are fantastic! The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The doctors are very knowledgeable and professional. I don't dread having to bring my son to see them and neither does he.

Today my son (Drake) attended Kool smiles on holland rd and boy I can tell you that Ms.JJ was awesome with my son , there was a moment that he was so scared and started crying and she held his hand and even told him a story to calm him down. Me as a child care provider I looked at this as this women loves her job and the children she works with.
