My daughter had a 2 year treatment plan for her braces & she got them off right on time. Her dentist was great & the staff was also very friendly. The only thing I would say needs improvement is the wait times when you have an appointments scheduled.
So my appointment was at 4pm(the last appointment of the day), it was possible I could have been late so I called to inform the clinic. I was told that I could only be 5 mins late. I arrived at the clinic within 5 mins of my appointment but I wasn't seen until almost 5pm. I don't understand why there is such a strict late-show policy if patients aren't seen until almost an hour past their appointment time. If the patients are to be flixible and wait then the clinic should be more flexible.
The staff are friendly and professional the tech was thorough and informative he gave me a lot of valuable information and took time to show me X-rays and explain everything to me
Dr.Amador is the best to ever do extractions! Her team Ms.kim and Ms.JJ are awesome as well! They made me feel so comfortable and helped me choose the best options for my experience I was in their no longer than an hour and that was because she wanted to make sure I was completely numb before starting the process. She removed the tooth with no complications and it remained fully intact. I will recommend her to anyone that needs a stress free wisdom tooth removal.

I recently had a visit with Dr. Amador and Maquiria. They helped me with my visit. I was very nervous about getting my two teeth extracted but they made my unpleasant visit very pleasant. I would highly recommend both people for future patients who need extractions ! Way to go Kool Smiles !
Maquiria Darby was wonderful. She was super helpful and very friendly,she made my daughter feel very comfortable through her entire visit.
I've been bringing my two daughters here for the past couple years. And I haven't had a bad experience yet. Sometimes there might be a wait but they are a popular place. My kids love the play area. The staff are friendly and have amazing patience. My little one always seem scared every time we go. But they allow me to sit with her or her big sister sit with her to keep her calm.
