Terrible! The worst experience I have ever had! I have 5 children but my oldest is an adult. I took my 4 younger kids when we moved to a new area and it has been nothing but an inconvience. We have waited 3 times for over an hour after the appt time to be seen, once the lady said my 6yr old had to go back alone (and she was scared to death all because the tech didn't think her 2 & 4yr old sister should be in the room), and the last straw was getting there for a 9am appt to find out that somehow the appts were mysteriously ca... read more
Jj was really straight forward with a firm low tone. She got my son to relax and in all enjoy the experience dr Reimer and Ms Jj are a great team I will be requesting them from here on out!
Such a pleasant experience! My children are always well taken care of when visiting Kool Smiles at 4239 Holland Road. Ms. JJ is always thorough in explaining what will take place step by step. She is so very sweet and personable. It is such a blessing to interact with staff that are not only great at what they do but also enjoy what they do and Ms. JJ is definitely an asset to Kool Smiles. Customer service is very important to me and I am impressed and grateful. Thanks to you the dentist is not a scary place for my children.
Above all the play area/waiting area is really nice for the children. My only complaint is that an intercom is needed to hear when a patient is called, between the television and the children playing if it wasn't for the other parents I wouldn't have heard my child's name called. Overall a very pleasant first visit for my 17 month old.
I am single mom of three and was terribly struggling with my children. The manager was very helpful and polite with me. The staff was friendly and very professional. And it made it very easy for me having help with my children.. great job.

Excellent customer service. The dentist and his assistant Margarita went above and beyond when it came to my 7 year old. He had a bad dental experience prior and they did everything to make.sure he was ok. They talked to him threw the while procedure. They made sure that he wasn't in any pain. I have 4 kids that go here. Everytime I come I. The staff goes above.and beyond to make sure we're seen in a timely matter. They get us in and out. They treat the kids as if there, there own. The WORST dental practice clinic I have ever visited! It took two different appointments for my son to receive dental sealant. ( a five minute procedure). On the first appointment the clinic was "running a little behind" as described by staff, for TWO hours! They clinic did not have the decency to call patients and warn them of the appointment delay. On the second appointment, we waited for an HOUR AND A HALF! despite having an appointment. The clinic treats patients as if they were providing a charity. The staff appeared un... read more
So far so good. I was suspecious due to other reviews but my experience with the staff was excellent. Really nice staff.
