I visited this location when it was SMALL Smiles. The visit left my daughter traumatized but I called this week for my son. Hoping the facility had changed. He came and left with a toothache. And no filling for a chipped tooth he had either. He asked a question and they took it as intense fear. Also he is 13 and can hear the conversations about the nurses needing a promotion bc their jobs suck etc and so the visit to me was not any better. I was not allowed back with him. There has always been an outrageous wait time, but normally when its jys a ckeaning its a shirt wait. My daughtr was tgere fir 2 hours and wgen she camme iut she said thry firgit about ger abd wgen the lady started cleaning hervteeth sge stopped in the middle of doing them sbd danced around for abiut 20 minutes...this is unacceptabkevas a parent with a job andva thousabdvthings to do .
