Britney A. Worked with Dr. Butler.Britney mainly did all the prep work , so she mainly was with us. She is really grateful and patience with my daughter. She made her more relaxed and comfortable while waiting for her filling.
At first I wasn't sure how our visit would go. My son was needing a emergency extraction and we were both nervous but the entire staff,from the front office welcoming us with a warm smile to answering all billing concerns to the medical staff greeting us as we walked the halls. Dr. O'Neal and her assistant were excellent with reassuring him that it will be alright. The waiting room was extremely full for My child's first appointment; however we did not wait long at all. For his second appointment there was an issue with our insurance provider and I decided to pay out of pocket and deal with getting reimbursed later. On his third appointment the issue with my insurance provider had been resolved, but the provider wouldn't reimburse me. Staff Was Great & Did A Great Job I Always Enjoy Coming To The Dentist. The Wait Is Sometimes Long But I Like Kool Smiles
Staff was great with my nervous 7yr. Brittany was able to get xrays and sealants done. Dr Vishal was very patient with her.
The service was excellent. I felt no pain. The doctors were great and had a big smile in their faces
it was an early app after all the traffic it was easier to get in and out Ya. going talkie her back to school
It was a very nice experience it was very fast simple easy and very friendly people it was overall a good experience
My visit with kool smiles was very pleasant. The staff was nice and the time was fast, my sons appointment was at 8am and we got out there at 945am. I would recommend kool smiles to my family and friends with children
