I have had my oil changed here every time since buying my jeep over a year ago. Twice now when I have gone I have asked for synthetic oil and they put regular oil in. My most recent visit I waited over an hour for service. Although I am credited for the basic oil change, I don't think it is worth my time to go back anymore. The carwash has never fully cleaned my jeep either and the back window wouldn't even be touched after I went through.
My car was still dirty. For the price they charge, I expect a clean car. Don't waste your money. On the up side the vacuum is free.
First time there with my vehicle. I had 6 free oil changes with my vehicles lease plan. The customer service was friendly and for being as busy as they were I was in and out under 40 minutes.
Took my husband's truck for an oil change and was told i needed an appointment?! Even though there was only one customer waiting and a handful of mechanics hanging out off to the side...next available appointment was Thursday and it was only Monday. Basically got treated like an idiot by the staff for thinking i could get an oil change or anything without an appointment.
Used to work there, used to love it there. But the new manager ignored the hell out of me, kept me down, treated my like garbage, and even to this day I haven't gotten a final uniform count, or my last paycheck. Been there for years and they treat you like absolute dirt. So unfortunate the way it is now. Thanks for opening my eyes at least.
I pulled in at 4:45 on a Wednesday 1 vehicle in front of me in lane 3 , They opened the hood on the jeep then nothing the other 2 lanes moved 8 cars thru before someone came out and told me to move to another lane , got in line one behind two other vehicles , Didn't get thru till 6:30 Speedy I think not...Couldn't even print my service records because computer was down. Paid for the $13 top package. The cleaning was average at best. Large strip on window was dirty entire height of window. Lots of areas that were missed. Probably won't utilize again
