Put wrong oil, and oil filter on/in my truck. Had to take it to doug Chevrolet to get fixed. Cost me $200. Not satisfied at all.
This place is so slow who ever is in bay 1 needs 2 have a fire lit under there ass.

Paid 13.00 to get undercarige washed to get salt of and no water ever hit bottom of car or in engine compartment had to go to another car wash 12.00 more dollars to do bottom of car thanks for taking my money and not giving me what I paid for
Went through the car wash, after getting out to vacuum Car had large gash in it from their car wash, no one is claiming responsible for the damage and they weren’t a lot of help at all, extremely unprofessional, will be reporting to the BBB
Well.....................That was not speedy at all!
I've been through twice now as of yesterday. I'm always highly entertained by the service crews ability to meet my sarcasm while getting the job done! Always helpful when I have questions and I always have lots of them. I'm still working through my forced transition from my 97 Jeep Grand Cherokee in which I've replaced more parts and gouged more knuckles than I can count into a 14 Cherokee *Attitude* Thank you for everything yall do all the way to the smile I have when the exit bay door rolls up! :-)
