I have been going there 2 yrs now always happy with the service. This was the first time I have ever had to wait awhile....i did go on a Saturday and around 1:00 so that could probably be prime time. So I can't complain.
Worst place ever, nothing speedy about it, 3 lanes and in 25 minutes they have managed to get two cars out, Fred Martin needs to rethink Thier free oil changes, stop rotating people tires and get on with the oil change
Went to get an oil change, other than the wait it was perfectly fine.... EXCEPT the guy went to change my wipers and he dropped the part connected to my car and cracked my windshield. HOWEVER, they gave me a rental for free and are fixing my windshield for free. And they were beyond nice about it!!! So I'm satisfied �
Great service, the entire staff here always goes above and beyond for me! I was in a time crunch during my last visit and they made sure I was out with a few minutes to spare.
Great free car wash I received after getting an oil change! I was very pleased.
They didn't do there job like before i ask them to check tire pressure didn't do safety check didn't reset board, they rush me through because they were backup.
Everyone was wonderful. Very friendly. Brandon took care of my car, very friendly and helpful. Great job!! Thank you.
