I pulled in there with barely no air in my rear tire, 2nd stop from Green, to ask if I could get air put in my tire to get me to my car dealership. They were speedy and helpful, put air in my tire for me and I was able to make it safely to the dealership. Thank you thank you thank you for all of your help to me today!!

The Lube service is fine, the Wash is a joke. not only does it swirl paint, but they raised their prices to have a towel dry. The month I finally upgrade to that, they pull it out of the wash. and it doesn't do a good job at all when it comes to evenly cleaning the car. I had this service for 5 years, but it has only gone from mediocre to terrible. Now I just do the petit wash for $14 a hit.

They can improve by having all the equipment working especially the drying part and reverse the soap in the rent it should be wet soap then rinse instead of the soap after the rent and their employees are very very rude. They will also upgrade their buddies and stand there for 15 minutes and talk to their buddies why paying customers are paying for a service. Also so they can improve it by having paying customers that do not buy a car from Fred Martin they can have their own car wash instead of tying up the car wash that we ... read more
with low profile tires the tire brush will scratch your rims and car. well at least mine. not the greatest wash but no salt on the car. just left over soap and scratches
Hands down worst car wash I’ve ever gotten.
The customer service was great but the prices.. not so much. I go for the free oil changes that came with the vehicle purchase but a tire rotation thru them is $23... you can get a standard oil change & tire rotation for less elsewhere. The wait time can also be pretty lengthy but at my most recent visit I pulled right in.
Great customer service. I had a question about my wash package and they responded quickly and were very helpful. The monthly pass makes it so easy to swing by for a car wash anytime which is great in Ohio!
