Came in for an oil change and diagnosis on a weird noise on my 1989 Caddy. The service was fast, affordable, and I didn’t feel like I was being sold unnecessary services like most downtown mechanics I’ve visited. Manager was especially competent and offered me a coffee - will 100% be coming back.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Stay away! Wants to look at your vehicle first, just so they can charge you another fee, won’t help on the phone at all, talked to two different employees, both of them clueless on their customer service and rude. Won’t look up a part estimate for you until they look at it, don’t matter if you got two other shops telling me what’s wrong with it, but can’t find the exhaust part Called the Bedford location, way better customer service and looked up the part no problem at all! Great Service ! Better service and prices than, others in the city and also ,their "neighbours". Went in for a MVI and decided to fix some things on my own. I did face some resistance for this decision but on the other hand, even if it took me more than 10 days, they did not make me pay twice for the MVI. Then, I went in again for a brake issue and they, unlike other shops, did not tell me to buy parts I did not need. 24/7 DROP OFF IS NICE TOO.
